Nuri Tezel graduated from the Department of Finance, Marmara University and continued his post-graduate education with MBA at Leeds University. Tezel started his professional career in Arthur Andersen Istanbul Audit Department in 1996, and continued his career as Senior Manager at Ernst & Young and Internal Audit Manager at Sabancı Holding. 

Nuri Tezel continued his career as Finance Director at Enka Pazarlama between 2005- 2007, and worked as CFO at Sabiha Gökçen Airport, Soyak Holding, Assan Aluminum and Aksa Energy companies traded on Borsa Istanbul between 2008-2021. 

Nuri Tezel is a member of ISMMMO, a founding member of the Corporate Risk Management Association (KRYD), and was a Member of the Business Council of DEİK Bahrain between 2017-2018. In 2016, 2018 and 2020, when he served as CFO, he was recognized as one of the “50 Most Effective CFOs” by Fortune Türkiye and has participated in many international seminars in the field of finance as a speaker. 

Nuri Tezel has been serving as Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors and Board Member Responsible for Financial Affairs at the Company since January 2022. He has knowledge of English and German

A graduate of Konya Maarif College and Middle East Technical University (METU), Department of Industrial Engineering, Güngör Kaymak started his professional career as an investment and planning engineer at Arçelik in 1984 and then worked as a manager in investment projects and planning at Auer and Çerçelik.

 

In 1989, Mr. Kaymak joined IBM and worked in various positions in the technology sector for eight years. He then joined Hewlett Packard Turkey as Sales Manager responsible for the manufacturing and public sectors and SAP Turkey as Sales and Marketing Director.

 

In 2002, Mr. Kaymak joined Sabancı Group and served as General Manager at BİMSA A.Ş. and Sabancı Telekomünikasyon A.Ş. In 2011, he assumed responsibility as CIO of Sabancı Holding. In 2014, Mr. Kaymak joined HP Turkey as General Manager and currently serves as General Manager of Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE) Turkey, Balkans, Caucasus and Central Asia Region.

 

Mr. Kaymak is a member of the advisory board of the Turkish Informatics Industry Association (TÜBİSAD) and a member of leading business organizations such as TÜSİAD, YASED, AmCham and YÜD.

Born in Amasya in 1965, Mr. Ay graduated from Ankara University Faculty of Law in 1989. After completing a legal internship, he began his career as a lawyer registered with the Istanbul Bar Association. Mr. Ay began working as a legal counsel at the Turkish Textile Employers' Union in 1991. He was appointed Deputy Secretary General in 2005 and Secretary General in 2007. He currently serves as Secretary General of the union. He is also registered with the Mediation Department of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Turkey and is registered with the UYAP (Religious Affairs and Financial Aid) conciliator registry. He completed the Master's Program in International Banking and Finance at the Finance Institute of Istanbul Commerce University.

 

Mr. Ay is a member of the Minimum Wage Determination Commission representing the Confederation of Turkish Employer Associations (TİSK), a member of the General Assembly of the Istanbul Arbitration Center (ISTAC), a member of the R&D Center Commission of the General Directorate of Science and Technology of the Ministry of Science, Industry and Trade of the Republic of Turkey, an employer delegate and representative at İŞ-Kur (Turkish Employment Agency). He is also a member of the Istanbul Provincial Employment and Vocational Training Board, a member of the TÜSİAD Unregistered Employment, Labor and Social Security Group, the Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of the TİSK Microsurgery and Reconstruction Foundation, which was established to reduce and treat occupational accidents, and an observer member of the Turkish Employers Delegation to the International Labor Organization (ILO). He also served on the Board of Directors of the Social Security Institution (SGK) for three years between 2019 and 2022 and was re-elected to the Board of Directors of the SGK as of January 2025. He served as an Independent Board Member of AKSA Acrylic A.Ş. within Akkök Holding for six years.
